With our ingenious Reg Right Pin System, we get the artist, the screen department, and the printer all on the same page, for the same reason... easier set-ups!

The art format shows where the clamp is, so the design doesn't hit it. The screen department gets a clear plexiglass plate with two register pins on it, and the film is registered, then secured by two adhesive backed tabs placed on the film and pins. The screen frame gets a bracket either screwed or glued onto it, and the coated screen is placed onto the pins of the plexiglass plate, then exposed.

The job gets registered on the press, by sliding on the set-up board (in place of the shirtboard). Set the off-contact using the four corner adjusters. Loosen up the printhead, then place the screen onto the pins. Clamp the screen, then tighten up the printhead, making sure the screen comes off the pins with no "bind". If it comes off the pins OK, you're registered! (If not, fiddle with it until it does). Test print a pellon, and if it's OK, slide off the set-up board, stick the shirtboard back on and start printing! It's as easy as that!
