At 6000 watts of infrared head in a 5 foot oven, the Lowrider features three belts: an inclined infeed (so you don't have to bend over to load the garment onto the belt) a 24 inch wide main teflon coated belt for the cure section and an inclined outfeed to run the garment uphill and drop it into a box like the regular dryers do! The Lowrider is powerful enough to handle several printers at once and easily cures 200 plus garments per hour! Designed by Riley Hopkins, and manufactured for us by BBC, the Lowrdier conveyor dryer is available with a variety of Riley Hopkins presses - from Joystick registration to Micro registration, 4 colors up to 8 colors, 4 or 6 or 8 print stations. There are two removable legs on the base to allow the dryer to slide into place. The Lowrdier comes with heavy duty casters so the unity can be rolled out of the way when it's not being used or rolled into a van for on-site printing at events! Now you can print in the space of one car in a two car garage, or in your basement, your spare bedroom, your retail space or efficiently in your shop. Lowrider Jr The popularity, production output and Space savings of the Lowrider Series of triple belt "under the press" dryers has spawned a smaller unit for beginners who like the concept but don't need 200+ garment per hour production. The Lowrider Jr has an 18" belt with 3350 watts (220V). This unit is slsightly shorter than its big Brother at 9½ feet in length but still cures over 100 garments per hour! All models of Riley Hopkins presses fit on the special base for this unit.
